Booking and Cancellation Policy
Open Karting & Gaming Session Policy 1. Booking Process Reservation: All open karting and gaming sessions can be booked online, via our booking sessions. Sessions are open ahead of schedule, roughly two weeks in advance. Waitlist are available if any sessions are rescheduled. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment: Payment for your session is due at the time of booking. Accepted Methods: Payment can be made online via our booking system. 3. Change of Time or Date Refunds: For open sessions bookings we are unfortunately, unable to offer refunds. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the event, subject to availability. Our sessions are open 2 weeks in advance, if you want to reschedule beyond this point, please get in touch with us at kidsgrandprix1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the time and date you would like to move the booking to. Alternatively, you may phone Kids Grand Prix on 07903600382 and our team can process the change. 4. Guest Policy Guest Count: Our venue has a maximum capacity of 45 guests at any one time. This includes adults and children, this is why we ask you to include an adult ticket for each adult ticket attending the venue. Adult tickets are only valid along with the purchase of at least 1 child ticket. 1 adult can attend with multiple children. 5. Food and Beverages Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A cake is allowed for celebrations. For Private and exclusive birthday parties you may bring your own food. 6. Safety and Liability Liability: Kids Grand Prix is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the session / party. Rules Compliance: Guests must follow all venue rules and instructions from staff. 7. Damages Any damages caused to the venue or equipment during the party will be the responsibility of the booking party. 8. Special Requests Please inform us of any special requests or requirements in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them. 9.
