Karting and Gaming Party Packages
Our party packages are available in various sizes for, 12, 20 or 30 kids - Need more spaces, please reach out to us. Our Go karts are perfect for kids age 3-11 years. Gaming suitable for all ages. Our parties include: 🏎️ 2 hours - 90 mins Karting/gaming. 30mins for cake (duration varies depending on party size, please see below for smaller or larger parties) 🏁 Exclusive use of our venue. 🏁 All races, challenges and games organised by our staff. 🏁 Final race of the day where birthday boy/girl receives the winner's trophy 🏆 (funnily enough they always win). 🏁 Free play kids arcade machines. 🏁 Free to play consoles Nintendo switch, Play Station, and X-Box. 🏁 Retro games Sega mega drive, Nintendo SNES and Pacman classics. 🏁 Time for photos on our winner's podium. 🏁 Time at the end for birthday cake and photos. 🏁 Bring your own food (no fee). We provide plates, cutlery etc and tidy up the mess. 🏁 Free onsite parking. ‐--------------------------------------------------------------- Parties for up to 30 kids Parties are 2 and a half hours. 2 hours karting/gaming followed by 30 mins for photos food, cake etc. Parties for up to 12 kids Parties are 1 and a half hours. 1 hours karting/gaming followed by 30 mins for photos food, cake etc. As adults count towards the number of persons allowed in our venue, please confirm on the booking form the number of adults that will be attending the party also. Please note the total number of guests (including children and adults is 45 per party).

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Kids Party Booking Policy 1. Booking Process Reservation: All party bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. If your party is within this timeframe, please contact us directly to discuss availability. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the party date. Accepted Methods: Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or bank transfer. 3. Change of Time or Date Cancellation: For party bookings and exclusive hire, the £50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your party up to 24 hours before the event, subject to availability. In order to request a change of time or date, please email kidsgrandprix1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the time and date you would like to move the booking to. Alternatively, you may phone Kids Grand Prix on 07903600382 and our team can process the change. 4. Guest Policy Guest Count: The number of guests must be confirmed 5 days in advance. Additional charges apply for exceeding the agreed-upon number of guests. Our venue has a maximum capacity of 45 guests. This includes adults and children. 5. Food and Beverages Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are permitted. A cake is allowed for celebrations. We will do all the tidying up. 6. Decorations and Setup Setup Time: Hosts are allowed up to 30 minutes before the event for setup. If you require setup time, we recommend booking the first session of the day. If you require any other time, please reach out to us. Decorations: Only pre-approved decorations are allowed. No glitter or confetti. 7. Safety and Liability Liability: Kids Grand Prix is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the party. Rules Compliance: Guests must follow all venue rules and instructions from staff. 8. Damages Any damages caused to the venue or equipment during the party will be the responsibility of the booking party. 9. Special Requests Please inform us of any special requests or requirements at least 5 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them. 10.
